This means that the residential environment directly connects to the mission of the college and a student鈥檚 persistence, engagement in learning activities, and their sense of safety and belonging.

Therefore, all students who are enrolled and pursuing an on-campus degree and taking 12 credits or more (including online courses) must live in college-owned housing their first three years. For the complete policy, view Residential Life Housing Policy in the Student Handbook.

First- and second-year students at Hope typically live in a residence hall. Below you will find a listing of all residence halls on campus. Each link will take you to a webpage where you will find details about the community, room features and furniture provided.

For third and fourth year students, many will transition into a cottage or apartment. Houses (called 鈥渃ottages鈥�) and small and large apartment complexes surround the core of our campus and are dispersed throughout beautiful downtown Holland. Many of our resident assistants (RAs) will be overseeing their cottage as well as neighboring cottages/apartments. Below you will find a listing of all apartments and cottages. Each link will take you to a webpage where a photo and brief description of the housing location is provided. If you click on the 鈥淰iew location on our campus map鈥� link it will take you to the campus map where you will be able to see where that housing unit is located.

Currently enrolled students with a verified 1Hope email and password can view all of our apartment/cottage housing options on the spreadsheet, which will provide information about the number of residents and amenities.

Residence Halls

熊猫在线视频 has 11 residence halls. Each link will connect you to a site where you will find informaiton about that specific hall, room features and the furniture provided.

Apartments

All housing units listed below serve as student housing, complete with common areas, and a kitchen. Washer and dryer are available either in unit or, if it is an apartment building, washer/dryer unit(s) will be available in the building for the residents.

Currently enrolled students with a verified one Hope email and password, can view all of our apartment/cottage housing options on the spreadsheet, which will provide information about the number of residents and amenities.

All bedrooms are furnished with twin XL beds, desks with desk chair and dresser/closet/wardrobes as applicable to the space. Please note that furniture may be different from furniture you find in a residence hall. Beds can be bunked but not lofted in apartments. If you wish to request a bedrail, please submit a work order or contact housing@hope.edu.

All common areas are furnished with basic furniture, and the kitchen comes with a stovetop, oven and full-sized refrigerator. The college will also provide basic cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Household items that students may be responsible to bring include pots/pans, dishware, utensils, microwave or other small kitchen appliances, extra lamps, paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap and dish soap.
