For 15 years, Bill Vanderbilt ’88 served ÐÜèÔÚÏßÊÓƵ as the vice president for admissions. In 2021, he was appointed vice president for institutional partnerships and senior advisor. In this role, he serves as a college ambassador focusing on strategic outreach including community, government and corporate partnerships along with assisting the president with special projects.
Before coming to Hope, Bill was a consulting director and project manager for a variety of corporations including Perot Systems/Solutions Consulting, Prince Corporation and Andersen Consulting.

While a student at Hope, Bill was a member of the men’s basketball and football teams and was a captain of both during his senior year.
Outside the College
Bill and his wife, Abby VanDuyne ’91 Vanderbilt, have five children and currently attend Central Wesleyan Church. Bill is a past board member of Camp Sunshine, Cross Cultural Ministries and All Families Belong.
